The plastic buttons of Jia Shan Hua Nan Clothes Auxiliary Material factory passed Oeko-Tex Standard.

Jia Shan Hua Nan Clothes Auxiliary Material factory is a manufacturing enterprise engaged in research and manufacturing of various buttons. With convenient transportation, the factory is located in Xi Tang Town of Jia Shan County in Zhejiang Province, a hinterland of Yangtze Delta. The factory covers an area of 8000 square meters, with 6000-square-meter workshop. The factory has over 120 staff, including 30technicians, and is a leading enterprise manufacturing environmental-friendly buttons in local area.

  The factory has plastic-button blanking workshop, button-producing workshop, polishing workshop, metal-button workshop, quality check department and affiliated bamboo-button, wooden-button and coconut button workshops. The daily output of buttons amounts to 3 tons. Besides manufacturing of plastic, metal, wood, coconut, shell, natural ox horn and fruits buttons, our factory also deals in tag, label, clothes hanger and other accessories.

  In 2005, the plastic buttons of our factory passed Oeko-Tex Standard 100, an environmental protection certificate of Swiss Textile Testing institute. And our factory maintains the certificate every year since. The products of our factory 100% passed the environmental tests by customers. As for the environmental plastic button, an advantage product of our factory, we have specially established the environmental button blanking workshop, use environmental-friendly materials and completely eliminate the cross contamination in manufacturing operation so that the safety and stability of our environmental products are practically guaranteed.
